New beginnings?

Well I just can’t bring myself to post to my livejournal anymore or update my website. Maybe if I combine the two I’ll manage to get something down once in a while.

Today had a lot of ups and downs. When I was getting ready for work this morning Abby came down and told me that my mom was mad the cable isn’t hooked up properly and was threatening to disconnect the internet if I didn’t fix it. So I called Rogers and spoke to THE rudest tech guy EVER. He even refused to transfer me to his manager and called me sarcastic. Very very rude. It turns out they record all calls and I called later on to complain so I hope that guy gets reprimanded or fired!

Work was busy busy. Tomorrow is month end so I spent the entire day entering invoices. I’m getting better at it because I’m finding I have less mistakes, and when I do have mistakes they are easy to catch and fix! I had a good lunch with John today, and a good couple (surprise) hours after work. I worked late and forgot my gym clothes at home so I didn’t end up going… but I will be going all this week! It’s my third week of going 5 days a week and I think it’s going really well. I don’t think I’ve lost any weight but I definitely feel better (and sleep better too). More exercise means that I’ve been more hungry and eating like crap so I’m sure that’s been counteracting my hard work!

Abby’s birthday is on Thursday. She wants Guitar Hero… I tried to buy it today at Walmart but they were all sold out for the Wii… only PS2 and PS3. I have a PS2 but I don’t want to buy the game for it!! I want it for Wii!! I’m going to try Futureshop tomorrow or Wednesday.

I should actually be sleeping right now, but I’m not. Too excited. I booked my flight tonight! I honestly can’t wait. It’s been all I can think about lately. 44 days, handsome!
